Fiona created Inner Sage Health and Wellness to make self-care easy. Sage means wise and knowledgeable with good judgment. And Inner Sage is named because Fiona believes that you have your own internal wisdom to guide your actions, look after your wellbeing. But you can only listen to this inner wisdom if you are looking after your whole wellbeing (self-care). We hope this podcast will inspire you to do just that.
